David’s Background:
I have lived in the Sacramento for over 30 years, and has been a long-time resident in Gold River / Rancho Cordova. I grew up working in my parent's specialty toy business that has served the Sacramento area since 1982.

I began my real estate career the year after I graduated from college I started in 2004 at Lyon Real Estate (Fair Oaks). After many years of sharpening and refining my skills, I started my independent brokerage in 2015.

When I am not selling real estate, you can find me enjoying the American River Parkway, gardening, traveling, and spending time with my lovely wife.
