In today's market wether you are a first-time homebuyer or an experienced investor, you need guidance with navigating the purchase of a home.  If you buy a HUD home there is one set of requirements, a non-HUD foreclosure will have various avenues to the closing depending upon it being a government foreclosure, bank, or corporate sale. Owner occupant homes have still other requirements to the sale.  I have in-depth experience in listing and selling all types of foreclosures as well as owner occupant listings.  Even a couple who has bought and sold many homes will find that today the rules have changed.  I can guide my client's through the entire buying process.
