I have been a full-time Realtor since 1995, and have helped hundreds of people buy and/or sell their homes. I am a life-long Massachusetts resident, born in Malden and lived there until age 2, moved to Charlestown, then moved to Wilmington at age 7, where I grew up. I am a 1986 graduate of Wilmington High School, where I took college prep/AP classes and was also a member of the wrestling team. My wife Jennifer is also a lifelong resident of MA, growing up first in Somerville and then Wakefield. We currently live in Woburn with our four beautiful children, Faith (born June of 2007), James (born September of 2008), Adam (July 4th 2011 - our little firecracker!), and Hope (born June of 2013).
I've been a full-time REALTOR since 1995. I worked at a Century 21 franchise my first two years, then spent 15 years with RE/MAX, working in several different offices. I then left RE/MAX and joined a relatively new independent office, where I started the Cassidy Real Estate Partners team. After 2 1/2 years, I moved our team to Keller Williams Realty, in September of 2014.
For 2015, the Cassidy Real Estate Partners team was the number one Group (a team with more than 2 agents) in the Reading Market Center. Additionally, I was awarded the MREA Award, the Cultural Icon Award, and was recognized as the individual Top Producer for the entire Market Center (out of nearly 70 agents at the time).
I specialize in residential real estate. I love working with first-time homebuyers and I have received the Certified Buyer's Representative (CBR) designation.
I am equally proficient working with Sellers, and have consistently sold my clients' listings for 1%-2% higher than the real estate board average, putting an extra $4,000-$8,000 into their pockets at closing.
