I have worked in the real estate industry for over eight years. I began my adventure in the people service business nineteen years ago. I worked in the telecommunication industry with Page Net  and Nextel Communications serving as Sales Manager of  Indirect Sales and Major Account Acquisitions, respectively for a total of eleven years.

I was a successful sales manager and mentor in the corporate world from 1991 until early 2002, but felt a void in my career that needed to be filled.  The need to serve others  coupled with my desire to pursue my entrepreneur spirit, I decided to change career paths and enter the real estate industry. As a result, I joined Prudential California Realty in 2002 and found my niche.  Currently I am the CEO and Broker for Chestnut Properties, Inc. located in Rancho Santa Margarita.

I am passionate about building relationships of integrity and trust with Buyers, Sellers and Investment community to achieve their financial and personal goals.  I understand that real estate investing is a significant undertaking whether it’s your first time or you have done this before, and every client is unique. 

I believe that “success is a journey, not a destination,” and we each need to define what our success represents.  I define success as, "helping others to get what they want."   I have been married to my wife, Jeanne, for twenty years. We have two sons, one grandson, and a granddaughter. We live in South Orange county California in the city of Rancho Santa Margarita. 

I am an exercise freak and enjoy weight lifting, running, golf, tennis and playing piano. I am a member of Saddleback Community Church (Pastor Rick Warren), where I have served in the music and greeting ministries for seventeen years.
