Real estate Broker over 30 yrs fulltime experience, Professional designations include CRS, GRI, ePro, former member of professional Standards committee. Was formerly Broker-Owner of Real Estate firms & Equity Investments in Michigan dealing mainly in small (2-6 unit) income property investments.   I am also a member of San Clemente Art Assn, an amatuer sax player, lover of blues & rock music as well as jazz.  Before entering real estate I was employed as a designer in the auto industry, a graduate of E. Side Design & Engineering Institute & Macomb College in Michigan.
