As a child I always loved visiting my grandparents’ house in San Francisco. Remembering the natural light in the open air entry way leading to the grandfather clock at the top of the stairs and beyond to the roses lined along the back garden I am reminded of the beauty, balance and color in every inch of my grandmother’s home. Even today I feel peaceful and comfortable thinking of her home. She made me realize how much impact a room, a home or a garden has on your quality of life. What I didn’t know then is that my grandmother’s beautiful house would launch me into a career in real estate.
