| It really pays to have a great Agent like Ben. My husband and I were looking for something really specific in a very particular neighborhood. We had been looking for over a year before we met Ben. He did something that no other agent had done, he took the time to ask us and to listen to what we wanted. Other agents only asked basic questions like how much we wanted to spend, how big of a home and how many bedrooms. Ben really cared he got into the details of what was important to us, why it was important and helped us narrow down our list of items to the top 5 most important. After that it was easy and he found us our home right away. The process was so smooth, both my husband and I highly recommend Ben and his team. |
