I have lived in the Charleston area for many years and find this area of the country is like no other.  We are a country (metro area) like no other... Many times in history what happens in this here is better than other part of America.. We survive when people else where are saying the sky is falling..Our weather is usually very mild with usually short periods of winter.  There is job growth here with more industries coming to this are on a regular basis. Retirees are moving here as other areas are being coming crowded. Tourist come here returning to live here. Homes in the Low country are affordable with room for growth. The market for investments is strong whether you want commercial,land or residential.
