I work at the Buckhead office located next door to Whole Foods on West Paces and also live in Buckhead in the Wildwood neighborhood. Despite what the media is saying I think it is an exciting time to be in the real estate business in Altanta. Property values are holding steady and in some neighborhoods still on the rise. I realize that you are anxious to get a For Sale Sign in your yard but what is important to remember is your first 3 weeks on the market are critical that is the make it or break it stage. If we are still doing work on the home during that time period and the buyers aren't seeing the finished product we have missed the boat. After three weeks the showings taper off dramatically. We will come up with an improvement budget your are comfortable with and I will help arrange all the estimates for you I realize you have a job to be at all day so I want to be available to meet all these vendors for you so you can come home to a list of estimates and tell me what you do and don't want to do.
