I  am a native Atlantan with over 10 years of sales and marketing experience.  I currently reside in Buckhead and am a full time Realtor with Dorsey Alston Realtors.

I was born in raised in Atlanta, Georgia so I have seen this city make many changes over the past 30 years.  I remember the days of the Peacocks roaming West Paces, working at the Gorins at the A&P Shopping Center, and when traffic was not a number one complaint.  Not trying to date myself just letting you know these are my stomping grounds and I have been around this town.  Being from Atlanta I knew when I wanted to be a Realtor with Dorsey Alston Realtors the premiere Atlanta brand for Real Estate.

I work at the Buckhead office located next door to Whole Foods on West Paces and also live in Buckhead in the Wildwood neighborhood. Despite what the media is saying I think it is an exciting time to be in the real estate business in Altanta.  Property values are holding steady and in some neighborhoods still on the rise.  That is why the old adage is always stays true: the number one important lesson about buying real estate is location, location, location.  When you invest in a good location in a good school district you may be paying a little bit more but it is going to pay off in the long run.


I am specializing in First Time Home Sellers in Buckhead, Midtown and Smyrna areas. 

My favorite part of my job is getting a house ready for the market.   From professional stagers, to photographers and painters I will do whatever it takes to help you make yourhouse look picture perfect.   In this market is critical to set your home apart from the competition and make it move in ready, and that is where I come into play.  I will help you see your house thru a new set of eyes "The Buyers Eyes."   I realize that you are anxious to get a For Sale Sign in your yard but what is important to remember is your first 3 weeks on the market are critical that is the make it or break it stage.  If we are still doing work on the home during that time period and the buyers aren't seeing the finished product we have missed the boat.  After three weeks the showings taper off dramatically.  We will come up with an improvement budget your are comfortable with and I will help arrange all the estimates for you I realize you have a job to be at all day so I want to be available to meet all these vendors for you so you can come home to a list of estimates and tell me what you do and don't want to do. 


My number one goal is to have a satisfied seller or buyer at the end of a transaction. Whether you are buying your first home or you tenth home I will be walking you thru the process every step.
