I am a certified relocation and military specialist. I also have an 'At Home with Diversity' certification.

By partnering with loan officers who have a similar attitude towards home buyers, I try to get them the best possible loan.

I love to work with first-time home buyers - it is immensely satisfying to see them receive the keys to their new home at closing.

I like sellers too - I am quite techno-savvy and incorporate unique websites, virtual tours, e-cards, etc in marketing their homes.

I also work with investors finding them fixer-uppers - this also involves knowing areas of the city that are undergoing a transition or where there is good potential.
