I'd give it a "Five Star" rating except that maybe I'm a little jealous of those neighborhoods here in DC where the Walk Score is really high. This is true in downtown DC, Cleveland and Woodley Park and around Friendship Heights. But in many of our semi-suburban neighborhoods, including Crestwood, where I live and do a lot of business, let's just say the Walk Score doesn't help us to get our listings sold. The only real trade-off is that in neighborhoods that do have high Walk Scores, parking is a huge pain in the neck!
