My vision for this year includes a lot of growth in every aspect, professionally, personally, spiritually, and within my family. One major thing for me is saying “no”. I am a people pleaser. I work with people and a lot of times, especially being a new agent, I will say yes because I want to do it all! I have found in my first 6 months that there are people that are not for me and that’s ok. I learned that any business is not good business. In those circumstances, it may not be a flat-out NO, but instead “Oh, I know the perfect realtor for you”. I can respect myself and still be able to offer help. The next big thing for me that I put on my vision board is “no holding back”. I always think about posting something to social media to get my name out there, but I delete it or end up not posting because I think it sounds silly or I feel embarrassed or weird. This year for me is about just doing it. Just going for it, even if it does sound silly, who cares?! My plan is to work on who I am as a person, and I think if I work on becoming a better ME, I can be a better mom, wife, Realtor, daughter, sister, cousin, and overall human being! I have a clear vision for 2023 and I am going for it. Either you are with me or move out of the way!
