Every time we disparage the state of the economy and talk about the terrible state of real estate, we create a self fulfilling prophesy. Yesterday I wrote and posted a Blog called, Believe It. (https://activerain.com/blogsview/5485106/believe-it-------#22595993) The post was featured and I was surprised because I don't generally get featured. In any event, today the feature was missing. Yesterday was a pretty good day. I went to the post office in the morning and sent off a birthday present to my best friend in New Jersey who I haven't seen since December. We had a visit scheduled last month, and then in May but it doesn't look like that will happen either so it was time to get ...

When I returned, I wasn't screened in this country at all despite the virus being well underway. Since then the world has become something I no longer recognize. I ...

If you are too young to remember this, Lawrence was an old guy who had an orchestra, played the accordion and had a weekly variety show. He was a good danc...
Yesterday I called my cousin to check in on her and her family in New York City. They are all fine and hanging in while doing the best they can. Unfortunately, she told me about her friend who called to say she had lost her partner to this virus. He was older and health compromised but he died a...
