Does anyone out there have, or know of, an app for a Droid for the Pinellas board of Realtors MLS?  I was hoping to be able to access the MLS from my new Droid.

A potential clinet of mine told me that she had heard that banks would rather take a home in foreclosure, than to do a short sale, if it has PMI.  Does anyone out there know anything about this?  I haven't heard of it and my mortgage broker friends haven't either.  Any help would be appreciated. ...
