Our market is flattening out. Slight ticks up but at least we are not sinking! Some Great News is our Months Supply has dropped by a third! That means are home builders are gearing up to start building again! Great news for Home Buyers!

As you can see our market is flattening out. The HUGE piece of GREAT news is our Months Supply accross our market is down about 1/3! In Union County we are down 29%! That is AWESOME!!! You can also see how each zip code in Union County faired priced.
