After leaving N Idaho and moving to Tennessee,  I enjoyed watching the temperatures and conditions and comparing the weather statistics of the two. I purposely still have the Idaho weather on the face of my i-watch. Well, maybe I should be candid here...I like comparing. As it turned out, it depended on the day, which was colder. There were days here that we were colder than N  Idaho, even in Anchorage, Alaska (where I grew up)!As we all know, we had unusual weather patterns wreaking havoc all over the US. We did manage to get snow one day, but it was gone the next.Everyone was saying, "let it snow, let it snow!" Bah humbug! Ok, move to Alaska if you want snow! Here is a picture a friend sent me from Alaska this winter...we got about 1/8th an inch of snow in Tennessee. Ok, I'm done compla...

Postage Increase January 22, 2023Here we go again!!  The price of a first-class stamp just went up last July from 58 cents to 60 cents.  Now, on January 22, 2023, the price of a first-class stamp is increasing again, this time from 60 cents to 63 cents and the price of international letter postage is increasing from $1.40 to $1.45.You could stock up now since postage in both denominations are "forever" stamps and are not printed with a value and these do not expire.

Here are a few real estate marketing resolutions to keep in mind this year. Create an NFC Electronic Business Card for under $1 If you want to create an NFC electronic business card for under $1, you can try NFC tools in Apple App Store. This service will allow you to add contact details, a link to a website, or an SMS, as well as other information to your card. For free. You can get everything you need to make your card. If you have a website or a smartphone, there is no need to use a monthly service unless you like the service. I used an agent landing page on my real estate website as the link and have another card to create an sms on the client'...
