  Welcome to the Little Rocky Run July 2014 Single Family Home Sales Report.  Our Fairfax county real estate market continues to show an increasing number of homes for sale during the last 2 months. This generally means that it will take more days to get a good contract due to competition....especially since sellers will be trying to engage buyers who will be distracted by summer vacation time and kids out of school.   You can see this phenomenon on the line graph below where the # of sold homes in Fairfax county is in blue with the active listings in red.
