These ads are called boosts  I did notice there is a social network group in my area maybe 35 minutes from where I am located. They said don't waste your money on ads meet up with us and learn how to use Facebook. They look like a great group but where their meet up is really inconvenient for me.  Gated communities are quite popular in Philadelphia Pa especially in the Summertime. Delaire Landing is a Gated waterfront  community located on the Delaware River. It has two beautiful pools overlooking the river. One of the pools is a lap pool the other is a heated pool. The residents love coming down in the summer to enjoy the view and the water.  When you sit by the water down by the river it is always a little cooler not a lot but just a little. The colorful umbrella's are up. The music is on the conversations are going. Everyone seems to gather in groups and congregate to the same spot.  Currently I have a transaction with an agent who has an assistant. They are very busy and everything is given to the assistant to handle. That is fine with me if the assistant saw to it that everything was done in a timely manner.  We are closing in 10 days. The transaction was closed over  three weeks ago and is conditioned upon an appraisal. When it is my listing appraisals go through me and I always speak to the appraisers. No appraisers had notified me to go in this property.I was unfortunately out of the office and another agent was kind enough to  handle the paperwork for me.  In the shuffle the mortgage bankers contact information was misplaced. Recently when I was out shopping I heard many seniors complaining how difficult it was for them to keep up with the  rental increases every year. They were so distressed as the increases were a large jump and were told there were waiting lists for there units if they didn't want to pay.Loving where they lived of course the increase would be paid perhaps with a sacrifice for other necessities.  Let's Talk about the Bakers Bay Waterfront Gated Condo Community. I went to dinner last week before the Passover and Easter holiday with my cousin and his girl's friend that live in Bakers Bay. They always ask me about the Real Estate market as they know I sell condos in their development. We laugh as I am told the joke that in the Mid-Rise the units sell in the elevator. It gets me going as I start with my theory on why do agents grossly overprice some units by tens of thousands of dollars. I put these long beautiful stems of golden sunshine in a vase on my coffee table When Cleo my cat thought I was busy she went over to sniff things out.
