How was the real estate market in Turner during January of this year? Only 2 homes on acreage sold, but that is pretty normal right now for the time of year combined with low inventory.   Recently I sold a home in Turner Oregon. The home had some issues but we were able to get them resolved in a short amount of time. The home sold in 14 days but after the inspection the buyer's backed out. We dropped the price and proceeded through the sale until we found a buyer.   The deal was in place and an attorney who will remain anoymous, put a bogus suit on this property.
