Wow, there are great looking cars everywere around the Lakes Region this weekend.  Thanks to the 8th Annual Granite State Nationals at the beautiful Castle in the Clouds in Moultonborough, New Hampshire.  This unique mansion is perched high on a pristine mountaintop estate overlooking Lake Winnipesaukee.  The Castle's spectacular mountaintop estate offers a 270-degree view of mountains and lakes.  The American Graphitti Coupe and some of the stars of the movie were present to sign autographs The weather was fantastic and the food and music was as classic as the cars that were there.  A good time was had by all. The average selling price of Moultonbrough Lake winnipesaukee waterfront home sales, however,  is up....significantly.  The average Moultonborough Lake Winnipesaukee waterfront home sale was only $960,152 in 2007, which increased to $1,272,918 in 2008*.
