New Listing for a "Bank Owned" Detached condominium. Within walking distance to north beach or a very short drive. located in a small complex of detached units. Nice back yard, open space, parking, screened/glass porch, open concept, loft and expansion possibilities. All this priced to sell at $99,900 This property was sold in less than 7 days. if you have a home to sell, we can sell yours too.  In the end...  The choice of who a person hires as their agent sure does matter. The BEST way to go about any home sale or purchase, is to know you, the consumer should not just choose any agent.  All Agents are not created equal and every buyer or seller should take the time to hire the BEST not just the biggest. By using a philosophy, which is simple, to provide more personal and professional ...

Hampton Beach NH devastated by fire       You may have heard about or lived through  Wind Storm 2010. Many people in New Hampshire lost power, which meant that they had no heat or running water.  We were lucky to only have been without for three days but some are still out today a full seven days after the storm hit. Not only were we without power but our area in southern NH also suffered a huge fire at the beach. Hampton Beach is a popular destination for many people not only in NH but in New England. Hoepfully the area will be rebuilt better than ever.

I have a few new listings coming on the market here on the Seacoast however am having to be creative with photos, getting information, meeting with clients etc due to power outages, road closings and the terrible fire on Hampton Beach.  This storm did a number on the beginning of the spring market and more importantly on the families of New Hampshire's Seacoast. Our community has once again come together to help those in need. Here's to putting our creative thinking skills to good use to keep the momentum of the market going and doing our part to help our buyers and sellers during this challenging time!

Moon Rise over the Atlantic Jay and I took a ride over to the beach the other night in attempts to catch the full moon rising over the ocean. I think there is nothing more magical than seeing the Full Moon rise.... no matter where you are. I've seen it crest over the White Mountains of New Hampshire and beautiful Acadia National Park in Bar Harbor Maine to name a few places but there is nothing like seeing it rise over the ocean and hearing the sounds of nature in the back ground.   I hope you enjoy my little video. It was shot using the Kodakzi8 and in high winds and sub zero wind chill. Meaning it was mighty cold outside!

Hampton NH Real Estate  ... is alive and well this week.....I have put two properties under contract across from the  beautiful Atlantic Ocean.  This amounts to a 1.500,000M dollar 10 days of scouting out properties along the shore~ which shows that " Location is everything!" While it sounds like a line we Realtors use......it is true!   The latest information and stas show that the NH coast line has faired better than  those cities and towns that are inland NH.  With less than 18 miles of seacoast, ocean properties drive the market up.  There is little of it so naturally everyone wants it!   If anyone you knows would like to check out Hampton NH Real Estate   please go to www.patricia4realestate.com and look at the property search/and or the featured homes.  You can see all MLS prope...

As seen in The Seacoast Scene The Seacoast Market ReportA Tale Of Two TownsIt was the best of times, it was the worst of times.  Oh wait- that's another story altogether... Perhaps in this case time will reveal a spin on that Dickens line to read "It was the best of plans, it was the worst of plans".  In this corner, Salisbury Beach.  In the other corner, Hampton Beach.  It wouldn't be inaccurate to observe that these two beach enclaves compete for the attention of vacationers and the attendant seasonal business. This past month, a very large development company announced their plans for the Salisbury Beach area not too far down the seacoast from Hampton Beach, coincidently in the middle of major revitalization of their own.  It is especially interesting to contrast the different approac...

Hampton Beach New Hampshire has loads of summer fun scheduled all summer long every year!  This year is a little more special in that it's the "100th Anniversary Celebration of the Hampton Beach Village District" of Hampton NH.    To kick off this year's special celebration, Hampton Beach held their 'Seventh Annual Hampton Beach Master Sand Sculpting Contest".  And what scultping masterpieces they were, too!  WOW! The Master Sculptors who take part in this event come from all over North America.  This year's competitors hailed from Florida, Massachusetts, New York, Ontario, Quebec, Texas, and Ohio.  Many of these competitors have been competiting for years, and out of the 13 master sculptors taking part this year, five of them are considered to be the strongest carvers in the world.   ...

I had meetings most of the day today but found a small window of opportunity that won't be available again until late Saturday. So I took it and headed to the Beach. I'd been itching to go all week because 300 tons of imported sand was dropped on Hampton Beach last Friday all in preparation for Hampton Beach's 7th Annual Sand Sculpture Competition. This is something you just have to see as pictures simply do not do it justice. At least mine do not!   There are 12 Masters of the Sand Sculpture Universe competing for over $10,000.00 in prize money. You can meet the masters by clicking here >>>2007 Competitors. When I arrived today only a few had started working on their sculptures but what I saw was incredible.  On Saturday the 23rd the winner will be announced followed by an awards cere...

I love the beach especially on those cloudy, rainy days when most people stay home curled up on the couch. Yesterday was Jay's birthday and as is our custom the birthday person gets to decide what they want to do. He couldn't decide, although I'd bet if the weather had been better he might have chosen golfing, so I decided for him. NH has a small ocean coastline with only 18 miles of rocky and sandy very changeable coastline. It's an easy ride with much of the coast visible from the car. From our home in Hampstead it is a quick 35 minute ride to Hampton beach.  We left around 1pm and thought we'd go pick up some lunch at Ceal's in Seabrook Beach and then drive up the coast.Ceal's Clam Stand is nothing to look at but it is famous for it's homemade seafood chowder. When I say that your sp...
