First of all, Brunswick Forest is in Leland, North Carolina, just outside of Wilmington. It also is a golf community with a nice assortment of Brunswick Forest resales suitable for any size family. It’s a great place for nature lovers and golfers alike. On our recent trip over to Brunswick Forest we were quite taken with this stately brick home that reminded us of our New England roots. The home is really very nice. It offers nearly 4,000 square feet of living space and has 4 bedrooms and 3-1/2 bathrooms. It’s a two story home which is just want we’ve been wanting. The large open rooms in this home would compliment any decor or furnitur...

Being so close to all the activity that Wilmington provides has caused Leland to more than double in size in the last 10 years and for good reason, too. Located in Brunswick County, it’s a beautiful area full of adventure, history and new adventures. It’s a wonderful place to live, away from the bustle of the city life yet close enough to visit whenever you choose. By Jason Frye Cape Fear National, the Tim Cate-designed course at Brunswick Forest in Leland, was recently named among the “Top 10 Best Courses You Can Play in NC – 2011” by Golfweek Magazine. This is the second year the course has been open. In its inaugural year it was named “Top 10 Best New Courses 2010” by GOLF Magazine, “Best New Courses of 2010” by LINKS Magazine and “Best New Courses List 2010” by Golfweek Magazine. Bill and Valerie Kachura These two Jersey residents (of fifteen years) made their way to the North Carolina Coast because of all of the “cliché” reasons as they called them...harsh weather, high taxes and bad traffic.  “Did I mention the weather?!” Bill chimed in once more. “We felt like when we stopped working that it was time for us to move on,” Valerie said. And, move on they did…right to Brunswick Forest!  However, the journey to finding Brunswick Forest as they recall wasn’t quite that easy. “We visited communities up and down the East Coast without finding that special something” Bill said.  “We began to think we were going back to Jersey,” Valerie remembers.  “But, then we found it!  Brunswick Forest was the last stop on our trip and we just knew it.  From the pools and other am...

We went to an open house at Grayson Park.  The developers were there and were very excited about their product.  It is in the coast area of North Carolina and close to Wilmington NC and Southport NC. They have a very good product with a very affordable price point in the 150K range.  They offer three bedrooms and two baths. The community has pools and tennis court along with a playground for children. Too good to be true...but it is.
