Indian Trail NC Real Estate Market Report—July-September 2011 The median sales price of single family homes in Indian Trail NC dropped 5% in the third quarter of 2011 from the second quarter.  The number of homes sold remained nearly the same as the previous quarter.  Median days on market dropped to 68 day. Only four townhomes sold in Indian Trail during the third quarter.  The median sales price improved slightly to $101,300.  Median days on market increased to four months.
