Bowie MD Real Estate - Status for Week Ending 01/30/10 Bowie MD added a very substantial 55 new active listings to the current inventory last week. These were a good combination of offerings for anyone from first time home buyers to move up purchasers. The most expensive new Active Bowie, MD listing was a 5 bedroom, 5.5 bath in the Westwood sub-division, listed for $725,000. Nine new rental listings came on the market and four had applications registered.
