We were once again were successful at helping another homeowner in Palos Hills Illinois sell and close their property as a Short Sale. This particular Short Sale was with Wells Fargo. There was a first lien and a second lien on this property both held by Wells Fargo. In addition to getting this closed we were able to a full release of liability for both liens and the homeowner was able to walk FREE and clear for the remaining balance which was over $75,000.Wells Fargo Short Sales are not always the easiest Short Sales but if handled correclty they can be very successful.
