Kihei Craft Fair - open every day on South Kihei Road You can't miss it when you're driving on S. Maui Hawaii South Shore Condo Listings Newsletter - January 2014Market Update:  Happy New Year and I hope it's a good one for you so far.  The year end statistics are in for Maui County so let's take a look at what's happening.  Condo unit sales increased overall in 2013 over 2012, and in the South Maui market that was about 7-8%.  Kihei condos showed a 15/17% average/median price increase in the past year while Wailea/Makena condos showed a 30/47% increase in average/median sales price.  Total dollar volume was also up, with a 24% increase in Kihei and a 40% increase in Wailea/Makena.  Increasing sale prices have led to more inventory coming on the market.  Things are looking really good for sellers and buyers right now.   What's new on the South Shore?
