What a Day This Has Been!When you have a birthday and you are "older" it doesn't have quite the sparkle it used to have.  I spent the day at home with my Mom and ate the wonderful birthday cake she made me. That is so special to be able to share your birthday with your Mom at my age. We both enjoyed the quiet day.My son and his family called to wish me "happy birthday". Do You Really Want the House?Buyers can sometimes be very frustrating and it feels like you want the house for them, more than they do.  I have a buyer that looked at home, fell in love with it, qualifies for the loan, has to move from his current residence and still will not make up his mind about the house. I can only think that he does not want the house as much as he acts like he does. I keep a periodic check on the foreclosure that my buyer is looking at.
