This has been an interesting topic of debate in the REO / Short Sale industry of late. Are the big banks holding back hundreds of thousands of foreclosures? Is there really $65B in shadow inventory? Why wouldn't the banks just be unloading these properties so we can get through this & start our way to recovery? Why is our available home inventory so low right now? My answer is that you have to think bigger than just what you see with your own two eyes... Think things like: Election Year, Low Inventory combined with Low Interest Rates = "Economic Turn-Around" (aka: Vote for Me!)... That's the here & now, currently. Mint Dreams in Trinity, FL During  a visit to Lowe’s yesterday for some storm-related items (just in case- batteries, extra paper towels, rope to tie a young tree down). Of course (me, being me) , I had to go look in the flower and plant department and lookie what I found. By now, I’m used to seeing the blue orchids because they have been around for about a year; but a mint green one, and you can just see a purple one peeking out underneath the blue one. I was more impressed with the green one, I think. Because of the lighting in Lowe's, these look all green but are only green on the edges and white in the center of the petals. Second Cash Mob in New Port Richey -Even More Fun Than the First One We all met at outside Havana Dreamers Cafe on Town Road in Long Leaf Subdivision in Trinity. We were eagerly waiting for Debbie Dawson to tell us which business we were going to visit and a few minutes after the stragglers got there (sorry, I was running late), she announced that we would visit DeLuca’s Fine Jewelry - which was very handy because it’s practically next door to Havana Dreamers Cafe. Larry & Joanna DeLuca are friends so it was extra-special that we were visiting them. They do lots for the community too. The mob descended and 55 minutes later we were done.   Taste of Trinity 4 And Business Expo on Sept 15 2012 Trinity Florida will be celebrating its quality of life and unique food at the 4th Annual Taste of Trinity at Seven Springs Middle School, 2441 Little Road.
