Yesterday after the close of trading (9/101/13), Mortgage Backed Securities (MBS) had a monthly coupon rollover.  The effect was -41.11 basis points. However, any chart patterns which arise frm the rollover must be taken with a grain of salt. This daily mortgage interest rate report is designed to provide Borrowers & Real Estate Profesionals with factual data regarding where rates are at any given time and what trends are propelling current mortgage pricing on any given day.
