A lot of agents have left the Real Estate business because of how hard it is to survive.  This is when they go thru the process of asking themselves if they were really meant to be in the business or not.   The real question is...is it really because of the economy why people left the business or is it because of how people really come up with their decisions in life? I just think that whether it is Real Estate or not, it is how we make decisions in life.  Will you quit because it is too hard to survive or will you fight until the end even if you starve to death?  Do you think that Loyalty, commitment, or even a fighting spirit will always play a big role on the success of what we do? I got a call from a friend and she was telling me that she got a job in San Diego at a Healthcare Industry.  She wasn't very excited about it but she says it pays her bill especially now with everyone having a tough time in this economy.  My friend is tall, beautiful and a very confident woman with an "A" type personality.  With this, she normally gets into problems at work because of jealousy or political problems with other people.  I have an idea of what she is talking about and I couldn't help not to suggest that she should find something else that would really make her happy and not settle for a job just because it pays the bills. Tour De Murrieta - Bikers Live and Ride in Murrieta, CA and Welcome Visiting Bike Teams   The City of Murrieta blocks off the Old Town Center streets to parking for the street bike race it runs each year, the Tour de Murrieta.  This caused my son and me to have to walk two extra blocks to get to the Old Town Vista Donuts shop.  But that is a good thing when one is getting a donut... walk it off!   And it was worth it to see the racers.  It was very exciting to see the pack of riders whoosh past.  Also made us long for our neighbors who moved this past summer to Texas due to a job transfer.  Their bicycle team family was so important to them.  We even now use their dentist, Dr. Pulsipher, a big sponsor of the Murrieta team.  Here are some pics!     Curious about living in Murrieta and be...

There are many factors to a Murrieta Short sale time line. The first factor is who is your lender and who is the investor. Yes who is the investor. If lets say you did your loan with Bank of America, you may think your loan is with Bank of America and that's it. Market Report for Homes for Sale in Murrieta, CA - Copper Creek There are only 14 homes for sale in Copper Creek.       A year ago, for January 2009, there were 7 closed sales out of the homes for sale in Copper Creek neighborhood. The Copper Canyon homes for sale are lovely homes on quiet streets, built from 1998 through 2001 in the areas more westerly and near to the elementary school, Cole Canyon Elementary.
