It's a little late to ask this question if you already bought it.

Knowing the REO scams of 2007-2011 - I'd say...yikes!

It's hard to tell if you are a real agent as there is nothing in your profile, not even the company you work for. But as far as purchasing an REO package, that raises red flags.

I am an REO agent. I have never purchased a package. If you are serious about becoming a REO agent I recommend applying with banks directly and signing up with legitimate REO Platforms such as Equator, RES.NET & Iagent.

If you are a real agent, I wish you the best. If you are a scammer I recommend you get a real job/career.

Most of these things are not productive

The horse is officially out of the barn.  Too late to close the barn doors.

the time to ask is prior to making the purchase.  Mostly they use agents for BPOs and don't pay.

Subscribed to them back during the last market downturn. Did not get a ROI! Wishing you the best, Parisa.

Oh boy ... I do not know what an REO package is.  Feels like there could be a red flag warning.
