It depends on the report and the end goal.  If it's a "Click here for your free valuation report" link on a postcard or website marketing, those are automated.  That's lead gen.

If it's for a listing appointment, I do those myself to help determine the list price range.  Those take time and require a detailed analysis of the available comps, condition, etc. and then making a comparison to the subject property.

I do them myself.  Both leads and long term clients.  I send out regular market updates to past clients.
