I've lost count. Not enough fingers and toes. Sometimes I have to chase buyers or play "phone tag" but most of them are happy to hear what news I have for them and get back to me in a timely fashion. Agents; now that's a different matter. It gets really frustrating getting them to answer or respond sometimes. We are mutually beneficial when we communicate and destructive to the deal when we don't.
