I spoke with Zurple about my website/marketing and declined services because they were out of my bud... more I spoke with Zurple about my website/marketing and declined services because they were out of my budget as a new agent. The next day I get a call from Z57 saying they're a sister company of Zurple and offering me the moon and stars at a much better price. As I am talking to the rep and ready to give my credit card I search Google and see the horrific reviews on this company and ask the rep why I should continue at this point. In addition, their "VIP clients" have the most outdated websites I have ever seen. Extremely poor quality. The rep hung up on me. The next day I get a call from a realtor in California named Angela Valencia who claimed she would never make a sales call but she is a client of Z57, works for them part-time and further explained that the rep I spoke with the day prior was new and she insisted on showing me how wonderful Z57 is. So, she offers me a great deal, shows me some of their newer sites (including hers) and I agreed to be charged $149.50 and the other half in 30 days. Lo and behold, the next day I see I was charged $269.45. I emailed her, called them and canceled immediately. I was told by another rep I had to wait 1-3 business days to get a call from a sales agent to confirm my cancellation and the refund could not be done right away. At that point, I went into deep research on the internet and found nothing but deplorable reviews all about the same thing. I wrote a comment on their Facebook Page and that's when it turned ugly. Angela called me 3 times and emailed me asking me how dare I post such things on Facebook and how she would send me the recording of our conversation and after I heard it I would owe her and her company an apology. After much nastiness back and forth via email and me telling her I made a report to the BBB she told me in her final email: "You can submit a complaint all you want- I may do the same about you with your realtor board since you do not have a broker I can call. Everything is documented and everything is on recording. The way you handled this was unprofessional and maybe your Realtor board of ethics should see this as well. We have an A+ rating with the BBB so go for it! You will get your refund ASAP because you were not even a client yet! You never signed an agreement, we never sent you over to our production team to get you started. Your refund will be sent back today if it hasn't already been done. PS: Why don't you focus on getting some business and let's stop this conversation- I am very busy and need to get back to work. Not trying to be rude, but I really need to stay positive and productive." I called the company one last time and was told to email jelena.arnold@z57.com my complaints. I have yet to get a response or get the recording Angela bragged about supplying me with. I had to dispute the charge and cancel my card to be issued a new one because I don't trust I won't be charged every month based on other reviews about this company. In addition to all this, on Facebook I get a reply from "Robert Smith" saying "Hi Lisa... this is Angela....." so it's all a scam and unethical is an understatement to describe business with Z57. I have never been treated with such disrespect and unprofessionalism from a business in my entire life. No apology, no attempts to resolve anything... just insults, harrassment and threats from a "professional".

The abuse also never starts immediately into the relationship at full force as you would expect it to. Abusers often start out very subtly in a relationship with the different types of control, blame and manipulation. They don’t tell their partners that they intend to control them or ruin their lives in many ways. Abuse can take many forms. It can be when your partner tells you that you are fat or ugly just to make themselves feel better. They tell you that no one else would love you or treat you the way that they treat you so that you won’t realize you are better than they are and leave them. They make the choice to lose their temper in many forms, but they always blame you instead of blaming their own lack of self-control or their own purposeful choice to make an abusive gesture towards you. Abuse can be smashing your car right after you joined the fitness gym or right before you plan to return to work. Abuse can be hiding your keys or phone so that you become disoriented and cannot remember where you put them. Abuse can be pretending that they are perfect out in public, only to make other people question whether you are being truthful or not when you share with them that you are being abused. We will cover the many signs of abuse in this ebook. Abusers choose to abuse. They feel entitled and feel they have a right to treat you poorly. They justify all of their actions to you and to themselves, removing themselves from any responsibility or blame for the abuse. They don’t want to view themselves in a negative way, so they must make you and others believe that you are the perpetrator or instigator of the abuse. Let’s dig in to the signs that are present in your life when you are dealing with an abuser. Not all of these signs will be present when you are being abused because every abuser thinks and responds to things differently. But if you see common signs below that are present in your relationship, odds are good that you are dealing with an abuser. In the ebook below, I will use he or he/she, but abusers can be both male and female. Abuse can happen in relationships between women, men as well as a man/woman relationship. Abuse can happen to the very young or the elderly. Abusers are pretty typical in our environment if you take a good look. Many times we are shocked by the people whom we realize are abusers and batterers, because they hide their aggression and hostility very well from the outside world.

Z57 is a scam - spend your marketing dollars anywhere but on Z57! I wish I could rate them lower but the system won't let me.
