I use it and give links to others for sharing.
The only annoying is the interjection of commercials. I am a realtor who just completed another 4 years of CEU. It asked me to signup for more. Also there is so much junk on it I wish I can remove some videos there.

YouTube is great idea for sharing videos, no question. But its application to commercial endeavors can be a bit - segmented. To fully take advantage of Google's YouTube (did you know that YouTube was a Google product?) you need to also create accounts and register with Google's Analytics, AdWords, AdSense, and Google Plus. In addition to wading through these less than user friendly services you need to connect your YouTube to Facebook and Twitter (and any other social media site that is a part of your network). The point is, there can be a lot of steps to take to setup your YouTube to maximize its efficiency - but this doesn't stop you from posting videos and letting social media nature take its course.
Normally I award Google Products 5 stars, but I have recently realized that not everyone is as tech savvy as I am and that a normal person isn't aware of and just doesn't want to deal with the vast array of extra work that some Google products require for them to reach their maximum efficiency. But then again, what more do you really need than the ability to post a video and share it around the world with the click of a button?

YouTube is a great tool for business, promotion, marketing, and discovery. I've made videos explaining mortgage information and processes, and I've used the site for video instructions on learning to play an instrument, learning new cooking techniques, and various other endeavors. That's not even touching on the scores of motivational and entertainment videos available. I've only gone 4/5 stars because some of the longer advertisements can be somewhat annoying.

YouTube is still #1 source for Video Marketing! As of today, even after Facebook has introduced video uploads and Facebook Live, Google's YouTube happens to be #1 site for watching videos. When people think of watch video on their laptop, tablet, smartphone or even using Google Chromecast, the only name they think of is - YouTube! What a brand it is. We all know what YouTube is and can do. Here, users can stream videos for free, save videos for background and offline viewing, and access new original content. Still #1 site - and maybe, there should be a separate product review for YouTube RED - a subscription-based YouTube channel.

Youtube is a great program for video. Youtube is also the second largest search engine next to google. One of the great things about Youtube is the ability to post videos on Youtube and have those videos show up in search results. Another great function of Youtube is the ability to embed videos on a website. If you are using video to market real estate, Youtube is the number one place to be.

I have found that YouTube is a great way to share the properties I have listed for sale. I use a company called Tourfactory.com to hire my photographer and to shoot my listings. Then I'm able to share them very easily via social media. This has helped me get my listings out in front of potential buyers. So far I have put my listings in front of 368,000 potential buyers and counting over the last 3 years. YouTube is just one of the many social media sites I use.

Why have cable when you can watch targeted YouTube videos that you choose? I love YouTube! I'm even considering YouTube Red which is the paid subscription version with no ads. I can still watch late night TV when I want, where I want. I love that I can tag videos to watch later, subscribe to channels and show friends. I also have an Apple TV which has been a dream. I can stream photos or videos from my iphone 6 directly to my HD TV. You can learn anything you want by searching endless video options. I even learned how to replace the inside tank parts of my Mom's toilet! I would definitely recommend YouTube to Rainers.
