Here’s where you’ll find a community willing to share their experiences with everything from computers to coaches and
from contact management software to virtual assistants. If there’s a real estate-related product or service, we’ll
have reviews for it.
Consider this patch of ActiveRain real estate your water cooler. Gather around it and talk to you colleagues – get and
offer advice. We hope this will be a forum for both teaching others about what you know and for learning from the rest
of the ActiveRain community.
What products or services work for you? Don’t be shy -- we’d love to hear all about them and spread the word to
help all ActiveRainers move on to the next level in their businesses.

I have a few videos in my You Tube list. Most were taken with my SLR camera, ( a Sony NEX 6) camera which I have three lens including a wide angle and telephoto lens I purchased separately. YouTube give you excellent placement and should be included in your blog. People want to see video and at least slide shows these days in a listing. Do it right and you will sell the property.

I remember when YouTube and MySpace first came on to the market. For a short time it seemed they were neck and neck. For me, YouTube seemed to be easier to use, and for that reason quickly became the only platform I used for posting videos. As the years have gone by, they have continued to improve and fine tune their platform. Personally, I would not use any other platform for video hosting, unless there was a compelling reason and functionality not available on YouTube. That would likely come with a hefty price tag.

The virtual tours on You tube are easy to link up especially with the rest of your accounts and can be quite useful to help market your marketing to you clients present and future. The downfall can be sometimes when you use this at a presentation is that it buffers a lot which can be a big turn off. If videos are done right they are faster moving and less than 2 minutes. Views are easier to accomplish here than a single property website.

I use Youtube to post videos about listings, a platform to host virtual tours, informational videos about yourself, your business, or your company. Also YouTube is a great site to search for lessons about Real Estate, videos about listing presentations, buyers presentations, and see what other agents may be doing to say current and successful.

YouTube is great idea for sharing videos, no question. But its application to commercial endeavors can be a bit - segmented. To fully take advantage of Google's YouTube (did you know that YouTube was a Google product?) you need to also create accounts and register with Google's Analytics, AdWords, AdSense, and Google Plus. In addition to wading through these less than user friendly services you need to connect your YouTube to Facebook and Twitter (and any other social media site that is a part of your network). The point is, there can be a lot of steps to take to setup your YouTube to maximize its efficiency - but this doesn't stop you from posting videos and letting social media nature take its course.
Normally I award Google Products 5 stars, but I have recently realized that not everyone is as tech savvy as I am and that a normal person isn't aware of and just doesn't want to deal with the vast array of extra work that some Google products require for them to reach their maximum efficiency. But then again, what more do you really need than the ability to post a video and share it around the world with the click of a button?

Us the link and connect to websites.
The only thing I do not know is how to remove it. Some videos have several versions of it.
All in this is the most popular video site.

YouTube users can upload videos up to 15 minutes each in duration. Users who have a good track record of complying with the site's Community Guidelines may be offered the ability to upload videos up to 12 hours in length, which requires verifying the account, normally through a mobile phone. YouTube video are becoming a real estate agents best friend to be noticed in the community and selling properties.
