As a newbie Realtor, I remember going to an Open House hosted by a team of elderly agents - probably they were younger than I am now! They were just setting up, and were lugging two tomes with mortgage payment calculation tables. And I felt extremely smug as I slipped my hand into my coat pocket and felt my sweet little HP financial calculator. Today, I don't have to carry an extra piece of equipment. This App is on my iPhone and works at a far greater speed than my old HP. And there are far fewer key strokes. I like it! A lot!
