Review for Market Leader Professional - Contact Management

I bought into a 6 month buyer lead program with Market Leader. Customer service representative said even if I did not get any transactions from all the leads, I could keep them. After 3 months, I received a call from an oldtimer represenative, and he recommended I get sellers leads, cost was much more, and I went from 20 buyer leads to 5 sellers leads. He assured me that in 2 months, I would definitely get at least 1 seller listing. The quality of the leads are not any better than if I do blind postings on craigslist. Most of the leads are "looky loos, and insincere buyers and sellers or bogus emails, and phone numbers. Also, the oldtimer did not speak well of the 1st rep. I found that disburbing. I cannot wait to complete the 6 months and never use them again.
