I love the IXACT auto newsletter - when our schedules get busy, our "back office" processes are usually the first to suffer. So having the newsletter just "go on it's own" is going to be a huge benefit to my business (and my clients!). I'm a relatively new agent, so my start-up costs have been huge, and I'm still getting all my systems populated. So I include a suggestion in this review: it would be great to allow agents to even just slightly customize the template without having to create a complete new one for our branding. Even having the ability change the margin widths and the blue heading banners (with our brand colour/style) would be fantastic. Not having to create a fully customized template would mean lower costs for agents in terms of design (& time) costs, and also show our clients that we're effective marketers.
