It's the BEST CRM I have used and I have used many of them... FREE & PAID and Top Producer has been the only database where I am able to work it to help me become more FOCUSED & PRODUCTIVE. It allows me to nature my clients in a way that other CRM's did not. The Pro's Of Using Top Producer 1. Visual Pleasing 2. Easy to set up/ You can watch videos or call them up and they will help you get started 3. Keeps you organized & focused 4. Tells you what you need to do for that day or for the week 5. Helps keep you engaged with your contacts with the "Follow Up Coach" 6. Has so many GREAT & HELPFUL templates to help you with Marketing (flyers, postcards, presentations & more) 7. You can email, receive emails etc. from within Top Producer using your external email address. No need to hop all over the place to send an email or a marketing piece you can do within Top Producer. 8. FREE use of these programs such as... Social Connections (realtor.com) Goal Setting, QuickLead, Craigslist Ad Creator, QR Builder, BrightOpen 9. You can keep track of your Financials using the Income/Expense Tracker 10. You can sync your calender with Top Producer 11. WRAP UP....is a GREAT tool that helps you capture the call or activity you had with a contact and helps you to add a follow up so you can keep in touch and nature your clients. Seriously....there is so many GREAT features about Top Producer!! The Con's Of Using Top Producer 1. There are a lot of features that you want to learn to use right away 2. 1 year contract after 30 days 3. Newsletter is external and there is no tracking I am glad that I took the plunge and tried Top Producer out, I should of did it years ago but I read reviews from others saying that the CRM was complicated and hard to use and that it was expensive so I chose other CRM's only to be disappointed or unsatisfied with the use and setup of the FREE or CHEAPER CRM's. Top Producer is not complicated if you take your time and learn one thing at a time the most IMPORTANT thing is getting your contacts in the database and once you do that your well on your way to enjoying all the GREAT BENEFITS of using Top Producer. I highly recommend the CRM it does SO MUCH MORE than all the others I have used and it works well with CHROME..... just have an associate walk you through the steps to make it work with Chrome (it was a simple setup). This is truly a CRM that helps you run your business efficiently and helps you nature your contacts and clients in a way that other CRM's have not.
