The technology is changing - and one must keep pace with technology.
I liked CLOUD CMA when nothing else was available that can compete with CloudCMA.
Now there are dime a dozen such products that claim to provide the best CMA - heck even Zillow gives the Zestimate and list of comparable sales in the same market area.
So, for some reason, now not so much impressed as things are still the same as they were a while ago.
3-star for average rating - nothing out of this world.
