I had a BB phone and it was great. After 3 1/2 years, my husband said enough is enough so he bought a family plan and retired my BB. I took me a day or so to figure out how to use it but it was the best tool I have ever found. It takes wonderful pictures and I can send or receive text pictures immediately.I get my emails immediately and have a gmail icon to keep all my gmail accouts seperate. Plus the apps for your phone are endless and fun. I have had two Samsung phones now and it is so sturdy and reliable. I have a habit of dropping phones so mine is encased in an "otter box" so I can drop it all day long and it is unbreakable. I highly reccomend this product.
