The free version allows 3 connections to best of my knowledge.
If you pay more - some monthly or annual charges, you can make best use of it.

I have used HootSuite for a few years now, and I am always amazed on how it lessens the load for the task of manning my social media. I have the free version right now, but debate often on stepping up and getting the paid type. Still not sure, maybe something to investigate while winter rolls in.

I signed up a long time ago and used it a little then got away from it. Now they have added many improvements and you can upgrade to have it post to dozen of sties at once. I am not sure if that would help or hurt my SEO rankings so am holding off until I know more.
