Less Annoying CRM is a Customer Relationship Manager software tool that will help you store, organize, and act on items you need for each of your customers. Easy to set up and navigate and only costs $10 per month. Each customer has their own profile in the CRM which is where you store everything you need to keep about them. Along with their basic contact info, you can also make notes, schedule upcoming tasks, and save copies of emails sent and received. Essentially the entire history of your communication with them, in one place.
The CRM will also send you follow-up reminders and daily agendas so that nothing ever slips by you again.
It is easily accessible by your computer, tablet or phone. You can add team members on it and sync with google calendars. The training and customer service is great. I highly recommend that you take the 30 day trial and see if it works for you.
