We just bought a new I-pad for Real Estate business and conducting Real Estate business while traveling. So far we are very happy with this latest version of an I-Pad. We had the orginal version of an I-Pad and it was not very useful and as time went on iy was not used very much. This new I-pad has so many potential uses.

My only real complaint about my iPad is the lack of support for flash. Or perhaps my complaint is the number of websites that use flash. If you are a Realtor® on the go the iPad is far better than carrying a huge stack of papers with your every where. There are plenty of apps to make the iPad your go to tool and your desk top just a nice accessory.

It is easier to write contracts on the iPad than it is on the PC because our forms software works better. I can set up digital signatures and find houses.
It just makes life in real estate easier.

Most people think that the Ipad is just a larger screen Iphone. It's not and to think that it is would shortchange this incredible product. The Ipad is an excellent mobile tool for real estate and offers most of the capabilities of a computer in tablet form. I highly recommend if you are considering a tablet, you consider the Apple Ipad.

I know the world has changed a lot since the first iPad came out from Apple! People love new technology - and I do, too.
However, I still love my iPad 2 - which is as good as it was when I bought it several years ago - no sign of slowing down or screen, still as crystal clear as it was!
Apple has a knack of creating quality products - be it iPhone (starting more than a decade ago to iPhone 8 - a new generation iPhone coming soon in 2019).
Apple is the best and so are Apple products - including iPad.

I own an Apple IPad along with an Apple IPhone and I have to say I love Apple. It's small enought to slip in my purse and light enough to carry around all day. It has everything I need to run my Real Estate Business and personal life (yes, I do have a personal life). When you can't be or don't want to carry a laptop this is great to have along to get you on the web , check email or read a book. I would recommend Apple to my fellow Rainers

Goes without saying iPad is no exception!
One of the best feel and look for any tablet computer.

We planned to purchase a refrigerator on Amazon, so converted some rewards points (from Chase I think) into Amazon Bucks. Placed the order - and the vendor responded - Sorry - Out of Stock!! OK - what to do with the Amazon Bucks? Two brand spanking new i-Pads of course. Initially used to replace our Kindle devices, the use rapidly expanded - would not want to be without it. Never any "trouble" with it. We've had these for four years!

It's bigger than my iPhone 6S and small enough to fit into my favorite small Chanel bag (along with my iPhone 6S). The iPad Mini has an amazing camera that does still shots and video, and there is an excellent photo-editing app included. Also, for people like me who are getting older, the screen is really crisp and easy to read.

At the time I purchased my Ipad, I did not know that I was going to find it so useful. If I had known I would have purchased one a long time ago. I made sure that I got the most memory I could, etc.. fully the top of the line.. I use it not only for real estate, but every part of my ife. I get up in the morning logging weight and foods, because I'm a health nut.. During the day, it's my appointment calendar, has all of my documents ready for digital signing, a phone app, etc AND I go to bed reading on the one of the three book apps that I have on it. That saying, "There's an app for that!" is so true.
