This service has improved so much since they went to the text and email system when confirming a showing. I really hated when it was all about back to back phone calls that started way too early in the morning. You really get a lot for your money when you think about it. If you use the listing journal and seller notification tools it will save you a ton of time. I use the listing journal to log in any and all marketing activities that I do for each listing. When it comes time to beat up a seller over the price, I print it off and have it ready when I hear them getting ready to tell me maybe the property has not been marketed properly. The conversation usually stops and we reduce the price. Good service and it's gradually improving.
