Review for Centralized Showing Service

Overall, I would venture to say that without CSS, our lives would be much more difficult. It is a fairly fool proof system, with a nice level of checks and balances. With that being said, it is certainly not perfect. Every once in a while, something will fall through the cracks. Every once in a while, there is a "technology" glitch. (Or maybe even some human error in there somewhere!) We moan and groan and move on. I think one of the most important things as a seller's agent, is to communicate effectively with your client and be 110% spot on with the showing times and the instructions of what is agreed upon. If your client is not the one occupying the home and it is rented out, you may find yourself playing mediator if the renter and owner disagree on times when it is ok to show the home. If one party is unhappy about the outcome, CSS could end up being the unpopular villian when setting up all of the showings.
