My latest CE class was Property Pricing and Residential Real Estate. I decided to take it online through ProSchools. ProSchools is one of the best online platforms for real estate classes I have found, with easy software and no glitches to slow me down. The course content was clear albeit somewhat boring. (That’s not a criticism of the school though. I find most CE classes whether online or live are fairly boring.)
Online offerings save me time and are convenient to my schedule. I miss the camaraderie of the live classes so now I usually take one or two live classes as part of my total each year. But ProSchools is my go-to for online courses.
