Green homes are the future and are here now. They require less maintenance, cost less to live in and are a healthier environment with the emphasis on what they are built with and indoor air quality. All in all a win-win situation that necessary does not have to cost more.
As a NAR Green designee I have learned about these homes and can share my knowledge with buyers and sellers. I have heard too many Realtors giving out false or wrong information about green homes and regularly try to share with other Realtors the facts and highly recommend the NAR Green designation or any other Green Course affiliated with real estate.
