Life changes.  Sometimes what seemed like a must have a few years ago is now something of no value to you anymore. I have a seller who has spent the last 13 years adding all sorts of fine details to his home because in his mind it was going to be the last home he ever owned, so why not enjoy the ...

Like they say, you can't please all the people all the time. I couldn't believe the story I heard on the radio news this morning.  People actually sent emails into The State Road and Tollway Authority saying that they didn't think it was a good idea for the toll booth to be taken down on Georgia ...

Google keeps trying to make their search results better.  They just released a change called Penguin 2.0 to combat webspam.  Matt Cutts goes over the details in this video. Sometimes it takes a week or two to see how things finally settle out so it should be interesting to see what happens.

OK. It's a bit of crude humor, but it made me laugh. Whoever came up with the ad should get  a huge bonus.  I didn't even think KMart was in business anymore.  I think it might make it OK for the younger crowd to feel better about walking into a KMart.  It also made me remember being a kid and be...
